ABOUT RUNYAN CONSTRUCTION
As a 3rd generation contractor, I have over 15 years of experience in construction, ranging from electric, commercial, excavating, heavy equipment, to maintenance, framing, roofing, and mostly, home remodels. I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration as well. I was born and raised in Denver. My dad built the house we grew up in and still lives there to this day. I have a wife and 2 children. Being a 3rd generation contractor, I am the first to earn a Bachelors degree and strive do things better, more efficiently, and more responsibly than other contractors. I value my customers’ opinions, input, and ideas. I know that when I am remodeling a space, that it is someone’s house, I want to make it feel like their home. Taking the time to plan, prepare, and produce a finished result that each homeowner is happy about is what makes Runyan Construction different than other construction companies.
I enjoy taking generic, builder grade, boring spaces and making them unique. I feel like you don’t have to go crazy with the design, and can still make any space unique with your ideas, and make it something you can feel good about. I did my first remodel at the age of 16 and I have had many years to learn from mistakes and learn how to do the best quality work. Communication is key when it comes to taking someone’s home, tearing it apart, and putting it back together, in a manner that they will love.

Randy Runyan
Randy is a 3rd generation contractor and his experience ranges from electric, commercial, excavating, heavy equipment, to maintenance, framing, roofing, and mostly, home remodels. In his spare time he enjoys motocross and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Jordan Schultz
Jordan is a Colorado native and was a perfect fit at Runyan Construction. He attended Bear Creek High School and studied woodworking and Spanish. Jordan is a hard worker and can channel his inner super-hero to get jobs finished ahead of schedule.
Katie Runyan
As Randy’s wife, Katie will tell you she is the glue that keeps this entrepreneur family together. On the job site Katie adds that extra special designer’s touch that can pull a project together at time of completion. No job is finished without the final stamp of Runyan approval!
