Kitchen Remodel and Addition

This kitchen remodel was a great example of planning, budget, and timeline. We worked with the Brandt family for almost 2 months to fine tune the budget and plans before tearing apart their kitchen. Once the work began we completed the project in about 4 weeks.

The old kitchen hadn’t been remodeled since the house was built in the early 80’s. Some of the project highlights include…

– We raised the ceiling and added an addition to the back patio
– Rounded marble backsplash
– Recessed LED lighting
– Opened up the floorplan
– Increased cabinet space
– Motion detected lighting under cabinets

There are always some unexpected hiccups when tearing into a home that is over 30 years old, but this is a perfect case of good planning that allowed us to keep within the budget and on schedule.
